If you don’t run FNISS to build your animations, people will be frozen in T pose when you load your game. Run FNISS: tick the skeleton arm fix patch and no others, then click on create animations, wait to finish, then exit. Now your mods are installed, you need to build your installed body, clothing/armors, and animations. Save your game often and backup your mods and your load order so you can revert if you need to. Backup often, save often, and don’t uninstall anything mid-playthrough UNLESS it’s just textures with no scripts. If in doubt, use your MO2 to copy your profile and start a game that’s just for testing, alongside the one that you plan to play. MO2 works well for me, and makes it easy to install mods and change the order they load in if you find conflicts. If you use another mod organiser (please always use a mod organiser), I can’t offer you any advice. I use Mod Organizer 2, and recommend you do too.
