

In the left pane, click the account in which you want to change the password. And I know that to change default email addresses, I can hold down option, click on the Outlook icon, change the default email, close the identity dialogue box and then click on Outlook again to access the relevant email address, but you can imagine doing this several times a day is cumbersome. When I click on Outlook it just accesses the default email address. The Office-2016 outlook client is not prompting up for Windows Password Security before it opens. We have SSO in out environment and it integrated with O365 services. The user wants outlook should prompts for Windows credentials before it opens every time.

Under When starting Microsoft Outlook, use this profile, click Prompt for a profile to be used or Always use this profile. From the Mail app in Control Panel, select Show Profiles.
